Role & Responsibility
- Safeguard people, property, and assets.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, and break-ins.
- Perform guarding duties, visitor management, and surveillance.
- Respond effectively to emergencies such as fire or alarm situations.
Selection & Assessment Process
1. Basic Skill Test
- Reading & writing skills in Hindi/English
- Simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Listening & comprehension ability
- Confidence, eye contact, and personal safety awareness
2. Intelligence & Job Knowledge
- Use of security equipment (HHMD, DFMD, Walkie-Talkie, alarm systems)
- Visitor & material movement management
- Fire safety awareness & firefighting equipment usage
- Calm, polite, and disciplined behavior
3. Physical Fitness Test
- Height: Minimum 170 cm
- Age: 25–45 years (Supervisors 30–50 years)
- Good physical stamina, no obesity
- Running & physical activity check
4. Communication Test
- Written: Readability and clarity in basic writing tasks
- Verbal: Phone etiquette, polite behavior, and voice clarity
5. Verification & Compliance
- Employment & police background verification as per state rules
- Medical fitness test through authorized hospitals
- Education Criteria:
- Security Guard – Minimum 10th pass
- Supervisor – 12th pass
- Security Officer – Graduate
- Gunman – 10th pass with licensed firearm
6. Documentation Required
- Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, Parent’s Aadhaar
